5/8 WOD

"Grace"

135 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Such a beautiful name... such an ugly short workout. I scaled to 110# and got through it in 6:30. Could probably gone up in weight a little bit, but with the target being around 8 minutes, not much. Probably more push press then jerk, but I got the weight from the ground to overhead. I'll take it.
