5/7 WOD

Rest day for me - yay! But the two newbs were back for some more fun. Did a scaled version of J.T. for them:

21-15-9

Push Press (15#/8# db's)
Box Dips (24"/18")
Push ups (knees/hip bent)

Close race to the finish with Unelastigirl edging out TWay 12:05 to 12:28.

Some more good work. Soreness should be pretty strong tomorrow (day two after the first workout is always the worst and then pile on some serious arm work). Now two days off for recovery and we'll start the 5 day on/2 day off cycle. Groovy!
