5/17 WOD

Four rounds for time of:
100 ft Walking lunge, carrying 30 pound dumbbells
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
30 pound Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

Well, those pullups destroyed me. Very tough. I probably should've scaled but oh well. I did use 25# plates instead of the 30# db's. Stepped down off the box.

Actually pretty happy with that time.
