02/26 WOD

Four rounds for time:
400m run
50 squats

Okay was given the okay to start working out again - elliptical and bench press were okay. Nothing overhead. Nothing uber heavy. What is the point? :)

Anyhow, have lost tons of fitness, the adventure race in May is in jeopardy. Gotta get moving! Did an old WOD that I figured was safe. Plus I had a couple of times from previous workouts.

This time? Ouch. 16:35. Depressing. But gotta start somewhere I guess. Hope to start PT soon. Need to get rid of this problem so I can go all in again.
