This was a tough one. Legs were pretty trashed from previous workouts, didn't have a lot of energy. 800m is not a fun distance either. My times were slower, but I gave it my all, felt a little pukey on the 2nd 800m. 800m times:
3:03 - 3:24 - 3:25
Overall time - 28:03
Dang those back extensions were torturing my hams. Situps were actually a partial relief and the easiest of the three exercises.
Will have a nice relaxing weekend and take one extra rest day on Sunday. But back at it on Memorial Day.
