5/27 WOD

Rest day for me but the newbs were back at it. Did a scaled version of "Danny".

Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
12-15 inch Box Jump, 20 reps
pvc-15 pound Push Press, 15 reps
20 Pull-ups (beginner or assisted okay)

Well they did step ups onto a 12" box. And looks like I goofed and they did 20 reps of the push press.. Doh! And beginner pull-ups.

Unelastigirl - 4 full rounds!
TWay - 2 rounds + box steps

TWay will hopefully learn next time to give more than an hour for food digestion. Just not enough time before exerting yourself. My rule of thumb is about 3 hours.

Nice work. No more french fries!
