Woohoo love the max rep days. They are hard, but a different hard then the nasty metcon days. Nice day of rest yesterday, feeling re-charged.

Hadn't done this before so wasn't sure where to start. But quickly found out.
110 - 130 - 140 - 150 - 160(fail) - 155(fail) - 155
Nothing special, but slowly improving shoulder strength. Keep on keepin' on!
The newbs were in for their final workout in the cycle. A good one:
5 rounds
10 pullups
10 box dips
Ratcheted things up for Unelastigirl, tougher beginner pullups and parallette dips on the floor. TWay did the 24" box dips and the standard beginner pullups. Some whining to start because they were sore, but eventually they stopped and worked... :)
