30 Muscle-ups for time
Well, let's see - I can do 20 ring dips and 20 dead hang pull-ups but can't do a single muscle-up. So instead of the 4:1 substitution (120 dips/120 pullups) I worked on muscle-up technique progression.
Started with a 20# vest on with the rings about 5' off the floor. Then I had my feet on a 18" box. So had a partial assist with the transition but then pressed fully up with feet off box. Did 15 this way. Then did the remaining 15 without the vest.

Just like with the kip I will someday figure this out...
