4/28 WOD

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Suck, sucky, more suck. Couldn't hit my lowly P.R. (120) tonight. Tired. 3rd workout after a week off and not enough sleep. Next time a P.R.

85-95-105-115-120(fail)-120(fail)-115 and one last bonus round failure at 120. She-ite.

Timely rest day tomorrow.
