01/28 WOD

Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

Clean is from the ground, power or squat.


Been traveling so schedule is jacked up. And going to be starting CF Endurance starting this weekend to prepare for my 24-36 hour adventure race. So will be behind the main schedule a bit so I can coordinate the training schedule.

Pretty happy with this WOD:
