01/07 WOD

Rest day for me but Dr. Eliot Reid was in for session #2. We practiced the push press and the deadlift, two key fundamental lifts in CF. Then we hit the WOD:

Had to take off weights since I only have one 15# bar, so that slowed things down a bit. She did some 35# push presses afterwards too for good measure. Next time we go heavier... :)
