Was traveling and just wanted some easy recovery after a busy weekend competition. So just did stuff at the hotel gym:
1 mile run (super slow at 5mph)
Shoulder/hip/leg mobility stuff
Shoulder press 3x10 (30, 35, 40)
Pistols 3x10 to bench (each leg)
Pushups 3x25
Situps 3x25
Stretching
Lat pull down 3x10 @85# (max available)
Torso rotation on machine 3x10 @25#
Kettlebell swings w/dumbell 3x25 (35, 45, 50)
