Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Okay, still scaling and feeling good about that. Reduced volume to 12 minutes. Seemed just right. Happy with my results:
10 rounds + 5 pullups + 10 pushups
Warmup: 500 barefoot singleunders, shoulder mobility stuff, CFWUx1 (OHS@45#, ring dips)
