Max rounds and reps in eight minutes of:
4 Handstand push-ups
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 8 reps
12 GHD situps
Eight minutes... Shouldn't be too bad. Well, thankfully it was only eight minutes. My low back is on fire now after heavy squats last night and KB swings and GHD situps. Shoulder felt pretty good on the handstand pushups - maybe my self prescribed PT is finally helping.
5 rounds + 1 HSPU
Warmup: 250 barefoot jump rope, 100 barefoot jumping jacks, shoulder mobility stuff, CFWUx1 (mods - no OHS but shoulder press instead, pushups)
