30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
20 Pull-ups
Wall balls... Pure evil. Not a fan. 20 pounds to 10'... Wish I was 6'4". The kettlebell swings not so bad. Pull-ups after being gassed from the two other movements... Okay, not great. Faded big time after a pretty good round one.

Warmup: 500 barefoot jump rope, shoulder mobility stuff, wall balls (10x10#, 10x15#, 4x20#), kettlebell swings (10@26#, 10@35#, 4@53#), 5 pull-ups
