9/2 WOD

"Elizabeth"

21-15-9 reps of:
Clean 135 pounds
Ring dips


Should be called, "Elizabeast". Scaled to 115#. Previously scaled at 93# so a big jump up in weight. Time was slower, but moved a lot more weight. Was 11:29 at 93# on 5/1/09, this time 12:56. Just like the timer says:


Yes, got a timer for the garage gym. I've totally lost it now... :)
