10/3 WOD

"Ryan"

Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.


I scaled to 3 rounds. Jumping that high for the burpees keeps things legit - that really changes the pain level of the burpee.

13:41 (3:55 - 4:22 - 4:24)

Warmup: 500 jump rope, shoulder mobility stuff, CFWUx1 (mods - 45# OHS, ring dips)
C/D: shoulder mobility stuff, ice of left shoulder - little tender from MU's
