10/8 WOD

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps


Scaled to 65# for the sumo's. Didn't have it tonight, not a lot of energy. 4 full rounds + an additional row and 13 sumo's. Forearms are toast.
