10/19 WOD

Alrighty, took a brief hiatus from CF for my birthday... Enjoyed some indulgence but am ready to get back at it.

1-1-1-1-1-1-1 weighted pull-ups

70-75-80-85-90-92.5(F)-92.5(chin-up)

Nice way to get back at it - felt like I was going to blow a gasket on the last few. But overall pleased with this effort. Bodyweight 158ish.
