12/18 WOD

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
15 Pull-ups
50 Squats
15 Pull-ups


Deceptive... Pullups don't seem to bad until you realize there are 90 total, and then you're gassed from sprinting the 400m and doing the air squats. Did this in my VFF's...

Warmup: 500 VFF jump rope, shoulder mobility stuff, CFWUx1 (mods - OHS@45#, ring dips), 400m on treadmill
