Power Clean 5x3 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)

DWOD - skipped

Once again, feeling pretty weak.  Did 185# previously pretty easily.  Dropped the weight however and will slowly build back up.

165#

Warmup:  20 power cleans@45#, 8@95#, 5@135#
