40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
5 rounds, 3 minutes of rest between rounds.
I need to learn how to kip. The strict pull-ups are definitely hurting my times. Watch out for when I figure those out though.

Total work time - 32:09 (doesn't include 3 minute breaks)
Well, at least I didn't toss the cookies...
